Poets Landscaping

When I'm not writing, I design, plant, and maintain gardens in Pittsburgh's east end. I favor new American cottage gardens—lush, densely grown landscapes that intersperse local native plants with non-invasive specimens, hardy herbs, and edibles. 

I also hire other artists and writers to help me out. Hence "Poets Landscaping." We avoid gas-powered tools as much as possible, and source our plants from local, family-owned greenhouses.

We don't cut grass.
